As I am the only technician I will be coming to your home.

Can I trust this person when he is in the bathroom and I am elsewhere in the home?

• A new customer will size up the technician instantly and determine if she wants to do business with that person.
• Most of my customers are educated, professional, in the upper income bracket and want value for their dollar.
• Some new customers only want the cheapest price at handyman wages.

Warranty

• The www.wolverinebrass.com faucets have a 100 year warranty on the cartridge.
• Occasionally a cartridge will require replacement.
• I will replace the part at no cost.  There is no labor cost.
• I cannot offer that warranty with other faucets such as Moen, Delta and Price Pfister.
• Those faucets are sold at "Do it yourself outlets."
• Wolverine Brass faucets are only sold to plumbing professionals.
• The cost of the faucet is the same.
• I can warranty the faucet because the faucet has value.

There is only one reason to enter into business - to gain a customer

HISTORY

Tamsberg Plumbing LLC opened in 1978

• I served a four year apprenticeship in the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 1961-1964.
• Aspired to the level of journeyman 1964 then master plumber 1978.
• Aspired to the level of state licensed mechanical contractor in 1980.
• Group 3 $50,000.00 per job limit.
• I have been a plumbing instructor for the plumber's local union and a plumbing instructor for Charleston, SC.

I have worked with The Homeowners Clubs of America (A Franchise) since 2000

HOCA headquarters requires a local contractor with a business license and general liability insurance.

• The dispatcher calls the technician with the customer's information.
• The dispatcher or owner then calls the customer to ascertain that the technician has called the customer to set up an appointment.
• After the job is done the HOCA owner calls the customer and determines the following:
• Did the technician arrive on time?
• Was the technician in uniform or presentable?
• Did you feel comfortable with the technician working in a part of the home while you were in another room?
• Was the job done to your satisfaction?
• Were you pleased with the price?
• Would you request this technician in the future?
• The contractors that do not provide satisfactory service are culled.
• Many of the HOCA customers are retired, widow or widower.
• They rely on the HOCA to provide reputable contractors.
